Our engineers are experienced in all the common technology of the modern communications facility from broadcast cameras and VTRs, to video servers, projectors, and of course, workstations, whether running Windows, MAC OS, Linux or Unix. And because we maintain a wide range of equipment for a broad base of customers, the chances are we've seen the problem before. So we can probably fix it quicker than anyone else.
Planned Maintenance to ensure your systems are always working to their best potential, we recommend taking out Planned Maintenance Contracts. These allow you to accurately budget your ser-vice costs, and make sure your system is always up to spec. It also guarantees priority response, and ensures that one of our engineers will respond as soon as possible to any support call. Advanced Warranty Cover Manufacturer's warranties cover parts and in some cases, labour for faults in the warranty period. Now, for a small additional sum, you can extend this with our Advanced Warranty Cover. Site Support available for larger installations In this industry, we all depend on highly-technical systems to earn our living. Computers running sophisticated editing or graphics software. Hardware boards and drives. VTR's, cameras and mixers. Video servers and routers.
Thankfully, these are all generally reliable, and give us little trouble. But even the most dependable system breaks occasionally, or needs upgrading. It's not always cost- effective to have engineers and technicians on staff to look after your system. That's why Eurotek provide Engineering Support services either under maintenance contract, or on an hourly- charge basis.
